I'm Bartosz — a Computer Science graduate and IT leader with 20+ years in enterprise technology. I've led platform rollouts across 60+ countries, built data governance from scratch, and helped organizations get GDPR-ready before the auditors come knocking.
I work at the intersection of business and technology: translating what stakeholders need into things that engineering teams can actually build and ship. I'm fluent in Agile, comfortable with complex multi-system landscapes, and hands-on enough to dig into Python when the data needs wrangling.
